• What is the natalienicole manufacturing process?
All of our blankets ship within 2-3 weeks of receipt of order. Each personalized blanket is custom made-to-order in the USA and is well worth the wait. If you need a gift sooner we offer an expedited option for a small fee which will get your blanket shipped in approximately 6 business days.

 

• Does natalie nicoles have any guarantees on their products?
All our personalized baby blankets are guaranteed to produce uncontrollable smiles.

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in anyway, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Conact Us

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors you might have made in the order process, including any choices you may have made on fabric, edging, and personalization. So please check - and double check - your order.

We will be held responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom item you purchase at natalie nicoles. If we make a mistake, we ask for your forgiveness and a little extra time to make a new one.

• Care for my new items?
Recommended care is machine washing in cold water and drying on low
• Is there an extra charge for personalization on items?
I provide this service free of charge.. ;)

• Can I purchase your items without personalization?

Absolutely!
• Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our products are wrapped for any event at no extra cost.
