Shipping
Natalie Nicole's delivers your custom products as soon as possible. Because our products are individually designed and made-to-order, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the completion and shipment of your order. If an item is unavailable or will be delayed, we will notify you via email or by phone.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us via email at orderexpedite@natalienicoles.com and include your order number and the date you need your order completed.
Natalie Nicole's orders via priority mail through the postal service. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes, so please make sure to provide a street address. If the order is placed over a weekend or national holiday, please be aware that the item will not be mailed until the following work day. For Missouri residents, please note that there is sales tax for all items purchased and shipped within the state.

Custom purchase items
All personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non custom purchased products
If you are not satisfied with a non custom product that you received and/or if a product is damaged, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Any returned item must be mailed in the original packaging within 10 days of its delivery date. Natalie Nicole's cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that you need to return merchandise, please email us at: customerservice@natalienicoles or call us at (314) 973-2545 . If you received the item as a gift and the merchandise is damaged, please reference the person who purchased the gift. You will receive a refund minus shipping costs.
Natalie Nicole's reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is damaged, unsalable or does not meet return policy requirements.
